I contacted support and they said the same thing and gave me a link for the previous 19 version. I'm using the 365 version which is a subscription service but is it the same as power dvd ultra 20. 3D was always exlusive to the most expensive editions of Power DVD. In the moment there is only the original installation file CyberLinkPowerDVD20UltraDVD200720-01 installed. It didnt work, so I deinstalled and cleaned my computer.
Maybe you're using a version where not all features are available. The patch I tried inbetween was PowerDVD.62PatchDVD200306-01.
